Renovation of Production Buildings and Facilities at HMS Blitar
PT Sinergy Biru Nusantara successfully carried out a comprehensive renovation of the production buildings and facilities at HMS Blitar. The renovation began with the demolition of inefficient sections, replacing them with strong and durable steel structures. Steel was used to reinforce the building, replace damaged components, and enhance durability while reducing long-term maintenance needs.
Additionally, the entire electrical and sanitation systems were upgraded to support better operational efficiency. Energy-efficient lighting systems and advanced ventilation solutions were installed to create a more comfortable and healthy working environment. Water supply and waste management systems were also improved with a focus on environmentally friendly practices.
Safety remained a top priority throughout the project, with a strict Zero Accident policy implemented at every stage of the renovation. All workers were equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE) and regularly participated in emergency evacuation drills, ensuring safety standards were maintained at the project site.
