The HMS Magelang Renovation Project aims to create a modern and functional workspace and commercial area. The scope of work includes the demolition of concrete floors, brick walls, steel structures, roof coverings, gypsum, doors, glass partitions, and the cleanup of leftover materials. Construction phases involve soil excavation, material compaction, paving stone installation, garden turf planting, tempered glass door installation, gypsum partitions, ceilings, as well as floor and wall finishing with tiles, wallpaper, and murals. Mechanical and electrical work includes the installation of air conditioning units, industrial exhaust fans, LED lights, and power outlet cables. Steel construction involves the installation of galvalume roofs, lightweight steel trusses, and structural elements such as WF steel and hollow galvanized steel. Painting is carried out for interior and exterior walls using high-quality paint, along with anti-corrosion coating for steel elements. Additionally, asphalt work for road paving is also carried out, providing a strong and durable surface to support mobility within the project area. This asphalt work includes surface preparation, spreading, and compaction to produce a safe and stable road.
