Renovation of Parking Area PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk. - Blitar
PT. Mitra Baja Globalindo was responsible for the renovation of the motorcycle parking area at PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk. Blitar, starting with site preparation, measurements, and the installation of bouplanks. The earthwork phase involved excavation, sand backfill, and compaction to create a strong foundation, as well as the demolition of the existing parking area and perimeter walls.
During the structural phase, borepiles, pile caps, and tie beams were installed using K300 concrete and high-quality steel. The roofing utilized double-layer uPVC and hollow steel frames for maximum durability. Additionally, K-300 paving blocks were installed for road access, along with hand railings and column painting for safety.
This project was executed in accordance with Islamic principles, ensuring fairness, transparency, and social responsibility at every stage, while also selecting materials that adhere to halal standards and are of high quality. All work was carried out with a strict focus on workplace safety.
