Renovation of Pantry and Toilet at Sika Cileungsi Plant Office Building
The renovation project at the Sika Cileungsi Plant Office Building encompassed the pantry and toilets across multiple floors, featuring detailed and comprehensive work scopes. The process included the complete removal of old materials followed by the installation of high-quality new materials. The updated facilities include granite tiles, closets, sinks, cabinets, sensor faucets, hand dryers, and LED lighting installations, designed to enhance both functionality and aesthetics of the spaces. This project significantly improved the functionality of the toilets and pantry while incorporating eco-friendly, go-green materials to promote sustainability.
Every step of the work adhered to strict safety standards, including the use of complete Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), updated work permits, and regular Job Safety Environmental Analysis (JSEA). The project was completed meticulously, on time, and in accordance with the agreed specifications. A six-month work warranty was provided as a commitment to quality.
